LODGING
Drive along the beautiful coastal highway 101 just outside of Santa Barbara, and you’ll begin to feel like you’re getting away from it all. As you turn toward the mountains at Refugio State Beach and travel 3.5 scenic miles along a winding mountain road, you’ll know you’ve made your escape. The ranch, settled in a beautiful valley of avocado orchards with the Santa Ynes Mountains as a backdrop, beckons you to step into a California of yester-year. You’ll start to relax the minute you step into one of our 17 spacious ranch-style rooms or a luxurious cabin with comfortable, whimsical western décor. Each cabin, privately situated on the hilly mountainside, comes complete with a king or queen size bed, a sumptuous comforter, fireplace and private deck. Each Deluxe Ranch Room shares a common redwood deck, has its own private entrance, a wall heater, ceiling fan, and refrigerator. Our completely private honeymoon suite is decked out with a canopied king bed and comes complete with a wet bar, central air conditioning, and a TV with VCR. The bathroom has a large Roman tub for relaxing soaks and a beautiful oversized shower made of tumbled marble. Inquire about our romantic getaway package that includes delivery of a beautiful bouquet of fresh flowers, snack basket, and a chilled bottle of champagne. Our newly completed Creekside Cottages are one bedroom suites with a separate sitting area including wood buring fireplaces, central air and heat, granite tile shower, refrigerator, and satellite TV.

RECREATION
Whether you’re looking for a family vacation spot, planning a family reunion, ready for a romantic get-away or searching for the perfect corporate retreat, the Circle Bar B will be sure to suit your fancy. Activities at the ranch are completely guest driven – you have the freedom to create a structured plan – or simply do as you please. Grab a partner and saddle-up for a horseback ride through canyons and ridgetops that offer breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean, the Channel Islands, and the Santa Ynes mountain range. Hike and explore along trails throughout the ranch. Relax outside by the pool or inside by the fireplace in the newly built grand room. Shoot some pool or play a game of table tennis or table soccer in the new game room – or settle-in on a comfy chair and read a book in our quiet library. Belly-up to the newly built beautiful old-west style bar for a cold beer, glass of local wine or a fine selection of spirits. When you’re ready for an excursion, there are plenty to choose from. Bask in the sun at nearby Refugio State Beach (just minutes away), shop in Santa Barbara or the quaint Danish town of Solvang, play golf at one of the many courses in the area, or tour the nearby wine country. Finally, mosey on down to the Old Barn for an evening of entertainment and good eats at our dinner theater and western barbeque.

FOR CHILDREN
The ranch is kid-friendly with plenty of activities to keep even our youngest guests entertained. Children ages 7 and up can experience the fun and thrill of a horseback ride no matter what their experience level. Those younger than 7 will be given a pony ride led by our experienced staff. After the ride, they are free to hike or explore, play games in the new game room, or frolic in our pool. Grab an umbrella and sand pail and head to Refugio State Beach just minutes down the road.

FOOD/LIQUOR
Rates are inclusive of three meals a day -- including a full American ranch-style breakfast, picnic-style lunch and dinner. Each evening dinner is announced by the traditional ringing of the dinner bell. Guests are invited to gather in our newly built grand room for a country home-cooked meal with salad bar and desert. For cocktail-hour socializing and after-dinner drinks, guests can belly-up to the new beautiful old-west-style bar that serves local award-winning wines, beers and spirits.

BUSINESS/MEETINGS
Capacity: 45. Our handsome new meeting facility is completely private and free from distractions. Guests will relax in our climate-controlled facilities, complete with a fireplace and equipped to serve the needs of today's style of doing business.

REGION/CUSTOMS
The ranch is located in the heart of the Santa Ynes coastal mountain range just 30 minutes from Santa Barbara, CA, fondly called the American Riviera.
