Rates

Adult Off Season-$2095, Peak Season-$2295, 7-night weekly package includes all activities. Children’s rates $1195 – $1695.

Minimum stay

Sunday to Sunday, but minimum 3-night in off-season.

Deposit

$800 per person with the balance due at the end of stay. Deposit is refundable (less 10% administrative fee) if notified of cancellation 60 days prior to arrival.

Lodging

The main lodge houses the dining room with fireplace, sitting room, library, sundeck, and the upstairs Elk suite. There are six one and two bedroom log cottages with private bath and king and queen beds. The Pioneer Lodge has three guest rooms, all with private baths. All lodging is carpeted, tastefully furnished, quality bedding and receives daily housekeeping service. The ranch generates its own electricity. Lights out at 11 p.m. Enjoy the star gazing.

From trail cookouts to candlelight supper, we have it all.
The superb, varied, & full-course meals of our dude ranch dining will delight both hearty and discerning appetites, and are sure to be a highlight. Trail ride cookouts, steak fry, country candlelight supper, and fabulous desserts. Children’s items are offered (we have kids too!) Relax on the lodge deck before dinner and enjoy our daily appetizers. Coffee, teas, cocoa, fresh fruit, chips and cookie jar always available. Special diets and special occasions are happily accommodated.

Activities: Horseback riding through unspoiled wilderness. High quality horses. Opportunities to trot, canter and spread out through open parks. Thrilling white water raft trip down the Arkansas River through the Browns Canyon National Monument. Vehicle trip to Aspen over the Continental Divide. Excursion to Browns Canyon Rope & Adventure Park. Full children’s program for ages 3-7 years. Trapshooting, marksmanship, archery, two stocked fishing ponds, Jacuzzi, horseshoes, hiking, biking, volleyball, badminton, tetherball and basketball court. Entertainment: Hay ride, local entertainment, square dancing, campfires, board games, library and relaxation. Massage is available for additional charge. Families encouraged to ride and raft together. Adults Only in September.

Optional off-site excursions – ATV rental, golf, guided fly fishing in Browns Canyon on the Arkansas River.

Kid's Programs

Excellent children’s program for ages 3-7 years. Older children also welcome to join. Each day has a unique theme. Indian Day, Cowboy Day, Water Day, etc. Arena horseback riding, scavenger hunts, arts and crafts, swimming at the Mount Princeton hot springs (adults welcome too!), fishing, hiking. The kids will sleep well at night. As we are more family-oriented, all meals are eaten together in our main lodge. Come and enjoy your family!
